Welcome to Heber Window Cleaning (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, scheduling a service, or using any of our offerings, you (“you,” “client,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Nature of Our Services
Heber Window Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial window cleaning services, including but not limited to: window washing, screen cleaning, hard water stain removal, and post-construction cleanup.
We do not provide glass replacement, repair, or unrelated construction or handyman services unless specifically agreed to in writing.
2. Service Appointments & Access
To perform our services, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
- Secure pets and remove fragile or valuable items near work areas.
- Notify us in advance of any known hazards (e.g., unstable surfaces, electrical concerns, fragile glass).
If we are unable to access the job site, or if conditions make it unsafe or unreasonable to perform the work, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment and charge a service fee.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept payment via cash, check, or digital payment methods.
Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee after 10 days and 1.5% interest per month thereafter. You agree to pay all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, for overdue accounts.
4. Service Warranty & Limitations
We aim to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
We do not warrant against:
- Damage to pre-existing weakened, cracked, or damaged glass, seals, frames, or screens.
- Scratches on tempered or low-quality glass due to manufacturer defects or previous improper cleanings.
- New spotting or streaks caused by environmental factors (e.g., wind, rain, irrigation) after we leave the site.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heber Window Cleaning shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- The use or inability to use our services
- Property conditions or hazards outside of our control
- Any incidental or third-party delays or events
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, branding, text, and media—is owned by Heber Window Cleaning and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.
8. Modifications to Services or Terms
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes must be brought in a court located in Wasatch County, Utah.
